Using Refectocil Eyebrow Paint

Before you begin applying Refectocil eyebrow dye, it is important that you pick the right color. You can base your choice on your own hair color and on the natural color of your eyebrows. In addition, it is wise to test the paint for an allergic reaction. For example, you can apply a small amount to the inside of your elbow. If you have no irritation within 24 hours, you can use the paint without any problems. Prepare the paint as stated on the package and clean your eyebrows.
