When will I receive my reward points?
Your points are automatically added to your points balance as soon as your order is completed and the points have been activated. The points are reserved for 30 days before you can use them. That way, we keep it fair and clear.

Where can I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and go to the account area. Here you can see exactly how many points you have saved and your total number of points. You can also view your point balance when you want to exchange points for a voucher. After a purchase, your points are first reserved for 30 days. After that, they are activated and you can use them. The points are then added to the progress bar in the account environment.

How does a voucher work?
You can easily exchange your points for a voucher. An overview of all available vouchers can be found in your account environment under 'Vouchers'. With a voucher, you receive a discount on your next order, choose a free product or another benefit, such as free shipping. You can redeem a voucher once you have reached the required number of points. You can use one voucher per order.

Can I combine points with a discount code?
Yes, you can use your points in combination with a discount code. Are there multiple discount offers on one product? Then the highest discount applies in combination with your voucher.

What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?
If you (partially) cancel or return an order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your points balance again. If you used loyalty points for a discount on your order (for example via a voucher), these will not be refunded in case of cancellation or return. Loyalty points are a reward for customer loyalty and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash and are only awarded and deducted for successfully completed orders.

I forgot to log in during my order, will I still receive points?
No, unfortunately we cannot subsequently award points for orders placed without logging in. Points are only awarded automatically when you are logged in with your Salontotal account at the time of ordering. So always make sure you log in before checkout so you don't miss out on points.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are personal and linked to your account. They cannot be transferred to another account.

When is a review approved for points?
A review is approved when it contains at least 150 characters and provides valuable information about the product or your experience. Avoid just stars or short sentences – we encourage honest, detailed feedback. This way, you help others and earn points for the Salontotal Club!
