Shipping & delivery

• When will I receive my order/why haven't I received my order yet?

  Together with our partners, we make every effort to deliver the delivery time you are promised. In general, we apply the following rule for shipments (provided the product is in stock):
  
  * from Sunday to Friday evening ordered before 22:00, shipped today * excluding national holidays
  
  Deliveries take place within a maximum of 5 days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. If the delivery time is unexpectedly not met, we will inform you as soon as possible and look for a solution together. Has your parcel been sent, but are you experiencing delivery problems?

• I ordered several items, one of which, for example, is out of stock. Will the rest be shipped?

  No, we ship the order as a whole. So, if you have ordered one or more products that were out of stock, we will wait until all the products are available. During the ordering process, you will see in your shopping cart how long it will take for your order to be delivered. So please pay attention to this and check your cart before placing your order! Of course, we are happy to make exceptions, please contact our customer service!

• Do I need to pay for shipping?

  For the UK: If your order is £30 or more, shipping is free! If your order is less than £30, the shipping cost is £7.60 within the UK. 
  
  For Ireland: Shipping is free for orders over €75. If your order is less than €75, the shipping cost is €7.50 for delivery in Ireland.

• What are the delivery options?

  In the ordering process, it is not possible to choose a preferred supplier or delivery date for countries outside the Netherlands and Belgium. By default, your order will be dispatched via DPD or via a DPD Pickup parcel shop.

  You can specify a different delivery address for each order or choose to have your order delivered to a collection point. You can indicate this when completing the ordering process.

  If you are not at home, the carrier will offer the shipment according to the local delivery procedure. In most cases, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby collection point or a new delivery attempt will be scheduled. Via the Track & Trace information of the carrier concerned, you can see where your parcel is and what the next steps are.

• Delivery to a collection point

  In the ordering process you can also choose to have your order delivered directly to a collection point. Based on your postcal code, a selection of the nearest collection points is shown. Keep an eye on your Track & Trace!

• Can I send my order abroad?

  Of course, it is also possible to order from another country or have your order delivered there. Parcels to Belgium are delivered with PostNL. Parcels to other countries are delivered with various carriers, often a well-known local carrier in the country concerned. You will of course receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail from the carrier concerned after dispatch. You can find the shipping costs to various countries below:
