Terrible.
Terrible.
I purchased this to use in the UK and no where in the product details did it state that it was 16amps which is unusable in UK even with an adapter as maximum is 13amp in UK.
They refuse to give me a refund as I had thrown the box and packaging away. Had I known the product was not suitable for purpose, then I would have kept them.
Since seen reviews and realise I'm not the only one with problems, which is why this review will probably not be shown. £39 lost and as a pensioner, this is a lot.

Good service, quality product
Good service, quality product
The brush is efficient and great for drying short hair. Delivery was quick and the product well packaged. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because it has a European plug, however i was aware of this as the website made it very clear. Very easy to obtain an adaptor.
