Step 3: Remove the layers of Tough Nails Nail Enhancer after 4 days with a nail polish remover of your choice and repeat steps 1 and 2 before reapplying the Tough Nails Nail Enhancer. Step 4: Let the Tough Nails Nail Enhancer dry thoroughly before the next step. The Tough Nails Nail Enhancer can also be used as a base coat for any nail polish.
