Using the RefectoCil Liquid Oxidant 3%

• Step 1: Mix 10 drops of liquid oxidant 3% and 2cm of paint with the application wand to form a smooth paste.
• Step 2: Apply a protective protective cream around the area you want to paint.
• Step 3: Spread the paint evenly over the hair.
• Step 4: Allow the product to soak in.
• Step 5: Remove the product.
