  • What is the status of my refund?

    At Salontotal, we do our best to handle refunds as quickly as possible. Usually, your money will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. We use the same payment method used for your original order. It is good to know that our customer service team cannot immediately see the status of your refund. This is because processing refunds depends on the bank and external processing. Therefore, our staff do not have direct access to the status of individual refunds. We understand that waiting for your refund can be annoying, but we do our best to make this process as smooth as possible. Still haven't received anything after 7 business days and have doubts about the status? Please contact your bank. They can often tell you more about where exactly your money is.

  • How quickly will I be refunded after I return?
    We understand that after returning a product, you would like to get your money back quickly. That's why we do everything we can to make this process as smooth as possible. At Salontotal, we aim to process refunds within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once we have received and checked your package, we will transfer the amount to the payment method you used when making your purchase.

    Did your payment fail? Don't worry, it happens sometimes. Fortunately, there is a simple solution. Contact our customer service and ask for a new payment link. They will be happy to help you and make sure you can pay quickly.
  • When do I have to pay for shipping?

    For orders under €75, we charge delivery costs for Ireland.

    For the UK, delivery charges apply for orders under £25.
