Disappointed with the after-sales service: the shaving head grille is very fragile and they won't take the part under warranty after only using it a few times (about 10 times). The appliance is 5 months old and used occasionally.
Déçu du service après vente la grille de tête de rasage est très fragile et il ne prenne pas la pièce en garantie après une faible utilisation 10 fois environ l’appareil a 5 mois et utilisé occasionnellement
