The new Matrix Food For Soft is the line for porous and dry hair. This line gives your hair instant soft hair because avocado oil and hyaluronic acid have been added to the vegan formula. These ingredients nourish and hydrate the hair intensely. The hair becomes instantly more manageable and soft for up to 72 hours after a wash with the shampoo and conditioner.

Routine with Matrix Food For Soft
Had enough of your dry hair? By washing and caring for your hair with Matrix Food For Soft's complete routine, you will ensure that your hair is cleaned, nourished, hydrated and protected! The entire line consists of a mild shampoo for daily use that you combine with the conditioner that detangles and softens the hair. The mild nature of these products allows you to use it daily.
As a complement, there is the Food For Soft Multi-use Oil. This provides an extra boost in hydration with avocado oil! The oil does not weigh the hair down but seals the hydration into the hair so the hair is less likely to dry out again. It also protects it from the heat of a blow dryer or styling tool up to 230°C, so it doesn't dry out because of this either. On non-wash days, you can use this oil to provide extra care and detangle the hair!
Taking care of dry hair with Matrix
The Food For Soft line targets dry hair, replacing the Matrix Total Results Moisture Me Rich line. The formulas are also really different because these are now vegan and have avocado oil as an active ingredient. The shampoo, conditioner and oil can be mixed and matched with other Matrix lines and are suitable for any hair type.
One combination you could make is with the A Curl Can Dream or Mega Sleek lines. A Curl Can Dream is also a moisturizing line, but in doing so it focuses specifically on shaping and defining beautiful curls. The Mega Sleek line creates ultra smooth and soft hair, focusing mainly on combating frizz and tangles. So you can easily combine these lines to create for you the ideal Matrix routine for dry hair.
